  • 1 . How can I add friends?
  • In order to add users to your friends list please go to a users' profile page and click on the "add me as a friend" button.

  • 2 . How can I delete or Block a user?
  • In order to delete a friend from your list, please go to "Friends", select the one/s you want to cancel, and then click on Delete. In order to block a user please go to a users' profile page and click on the "Block Me" button. Blocked users can still view your profile, but they cannot send you a message or communicate with you.

  • 3 . How can I send a file to a friend?
  • In order to send a file to an email address, please go to the file details page, and click on "Send to a Friend". Then, when the "Send to a Friend" windows opens, enter email addresses, separated by commas and click on "Send".

  • 4 . How can I join a group of users? And then how can I upload files into it?
  • The Mobango Groups are private groups. In order to join a group you must be invited from the owner. Please note that you can also create your own groups from your personal page. Then click on "Invite Friends" to ask your friends to join the Private Group you have just created! If you want to add files that you have already uploaded go to "My mobile files" page and click on "Move to". There you can choose the group. If you want to upload new files to your group go to the Group Page and click on "Add Files"

  • 5 . Is there a chat where I can talk to my friends?
  • Sorry but currently Mobango doesn't provide a chatroom. In order to contact Mobango members you can use the internal messaging system. Please go to a users' profile page and click on the "send me a message" button. We are considering some opportunities to let the users communicate with their friends in a more immediate way. We hope you will be satisfied of the results.

  • 6 . What are subscriptions?
  • When you find other members whose files you like, you can subscribe to them so that you're notified whenever they upload new files. Just click on the link "Subscribe to my files" on an user's profile.

  • 7 . How can I modify my details, included my Mobile’s brand and model?
  • In order to change your details, including the cell phone model coupled with your account please follow these steps: - Access your MOBANGO account, with your username and password. - Click on the My profile link. -- Change the detail that you want in the appropriate field. - And then click "Save" at the bottom of the page. Remember that you can choose only one mobile's model and brand for every mobango's profile that you have

  • 8 . What is status management and how does it work?
  • “status management” is a great functionality that allows you to describe yourself better. Now you can let people know about your mood and what you are doing, simply by updating the “status” field on your own profile.

  • 9 . What happens when a campaign reaches the set end date?
  • A few days before the end of the campaign you will be notify by email. If you do not extend the end date, your campaign will automatically stop.
